For all my out of town friends and family...
Here is a quick virtual tour of the camp!
starting with one of my favorite places on camp...the tack shed and corral!!
the chicken coop. Yay for fresh eggs!!
Clair the goat
Rec field and two cabins
Apple orchard!
the garden...it looks much livelier and yummier in the summer ;-) Sam and I ate some peppers, onion, tomatoes, basil, and various other veggies this fall. SO fun having a garden!
Alpine lodge. Used to house staff in summer and rental groups in winter.
Eagle Lodge. Dining area, commercial kitchen, and office
looking down on the lake from Eagle Lodge
across the road, the new house, plus our horses!!
Sam and I hope to record a video tour soon so whoever wants to can see more of our favorite places and get a feel for what it is like here at the ranch!
Looks wonderful with the fall colors.
ReplyDeleteWow! Look at all the sky! (Those who know where I live will understand what I mean.) It will be great to see it in person when we get to come and visit. Reminds me of the John Denver's song that Dad used to sing - Blow Up The TV
ReplyDelete"We blew up the TV, threw away the paper,
Went to the country, built us a home,
Had a lotta children, fed 'em on peaches.
They all found Jesus on their own."
A earlier chorus says "We plant a little garden."
That song explains a lot about our family.
